Summary

The paper discusses the modern tendency of business development in the process of integration of firms. The issues of creation of innovative business are set out. Among them principle is the use of innovative technologies in business production and service, especially improvement of its state and commercial base with the use of security and dual-use technologies, necessary to regulate market relations.

Actual problems of analysis of business development trends are viewed in connection with innovative activity of Euro market relations, in relationship with new technologies, products and services developed through the participation of the European Union in scientific and industrial researches, and also with economic systems and market processes.

The basis for the analysis of the process of innovative and technological development is the expansion of high-tech products in the industrial and service sectors of business and the promotion of European integration which is the main strategic direction for business development in modern conditions.

When commenting on the use of security and dual-use technologies for business objects principal is the production of internal market integration and defensive technologies of business enterprises: production of rapidly developing and defensive technologies in the field of social service; enhancement of the production of computer equipment and automatic payment of taxes and automated service systems for business information security; branded patent systems and commercialization centres; the latest system of trading technology and pricing.

The basis for the analysis of the use of innovative technologies (especially security and dual-use), in the production and service market processes are the directions related to the innovative and activity level of economic and social sectors:

Strengthen innovative activity of small and medium firms through the use of new technologies and protection of information security in market processes;
Improve financial mechanism required for the innovative activities of the firms.
Use modern market incentives in the activities of firms manufacturing innovative techniques and production.
Increase participation in the European Union studies and the activity of mechanism of innovative technologies.

At the same time, the paper considers the introduction of new technological processes in business, which is one of the essential basis for the development of modern business and European relations.
